Privacy
Official ticket bookings use server-side records to reserve seats, confirm payments, deliver tickets and check admission. Shop, membership and account previews remain demonstrations and are separate from official ticket bookings.

What we collect
Ticket checkout stores your name and email, selected days and seats, agreed prices and terms, payment references, refund records and admission scans. Authorized staff use these records to manage your booking and provide support.
What we do not collect
Full card details are entered on Paystack rather than in our checkout form. Paystack sends transaction details and status notifications to confirm payments and refunds. Ticket delivery uses an email provider. If you choose a wallet pass, Apple or Google processes that pass through its wallet service.
Cookies and local storage
Session cookies connect your browser to its seat reservation and private booking access. Clearing browser data can remove that access, but does not delete a paid booking. Find my tickets can send a new private link to the booking email. Saved players and demonstration preferences use browser storage separately.
Booking records
Booking and payment records support ticket fulfilment, customer service, admission checks and financial reconciliation. Contact the event team for information about retention or a request concerning your records. Resetting the website demonstration does not delete official bookings.
Your rights
Contact the address in the footer to request access to your booking information, a correction or deletion. Include your order number where possible and never send card details, passwords or private admission codes.
Changes
If this notice changes we will post the new version here and update the date above.
